I don't see the connection between doing anything you want to do and all being interconnected. Honestly, open your heart. Is this the message of the Lotus Sutra and Nichiren? How dare you call yourself, “Nichiren Daishonin’s disciple.” how dare the SGI call themsleves "Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism."
This politically correct new age message may resonate with the ignorant unenlightened worldlings who regularly frequent your blog and those who might be stupid enough to join the Soka Gakkai but those who know the truth, are appalled.
Buku, you are so busy trying to tell others how to live their lives, you miss the point of what it is to practice Buddhism.
We practice for the happiness of all humanity, to change our karma and to become enlightened in our daily lives.
We practice to develop compassion, love and limitless wisdom.
There are many paths to wholeness my friend, and you have no right to question the path of others.
If Siddhartha Gautama, was listening to what you just said, I think he would weep.
We dont follow blindly, we lead with our hearts and our minds, wide open. Only a fool follows blindly.
In SGI we are encouraged to lead.
If you stopped for moment and stopped listening to what other people said, and reading vicious gossip on the internet, you may see something quite different.
Judge people by what you see, with your own eyes. Do not form opinions of others based on rumour.
In every religion, and in every organisation there is evil, and arrogance, it exists in all corners of the earth.
Humans are not perfect, innate in all of us, is the darkness and the light.
Our practice is about acknowledging the dark part of our humanity and working very hard, daily, with out fail to transcend this dark side.
If you continue to cast judgements on others, based on arrogance, then you have missed the point and the primary purpose of the lotus sutra.
This is; that Buddhahood exists in all of us, and that human beings are capable of great compassion, wisdom and love.
Hey Lovely girl!
ReplyDeleteI love this video. I remember when I first saw it, I was blown away by her openness and her honesty.
I wonder if you are interested in doing a collaborative video sometime.
Fond wishes,

Every thing IS connected, even you and me.
Well said, Bobby
